To streamline your imaging requests, we’ve made the Imaging Requisition Form available for download. Please click the download button to access the form and complete it with the necessary details. This ensures a smooth and efficient process for your imaging needs.
Image Acquisition
We have on-site facilities to perform radiographic studies that will be interpreted by an on-site DACBR with reports sent directly to the ordering Chiropractor. The patient will be given a CD containing their image studies and instructed to bring to their next appointment with you.
