Outstanding Opportunity for an Associate Chiropractor

We’re looking for a chiropractor to join our team in beautiful Whangārei. This position is to replace one of our associates who has been seeing a steady volume of around 140–160 patients per week within a supportive, structured environment.

About us:

Tui Chiropractic is a large, recently expanded and renovated practice with a warm, professional atmosphere. Our systems are structured and efficient, allowing our chiropractors to focus on delivering great results and building lasting relationships with their patients.

Established in 2017, we have a strong community presence and are known for our patient-centred care.

About the role:

  • Approximately 24 hours per week (half-day shifts)
  • Competitive pay – – maintaining current patient base will see you earn between $3800 – $4500/week.
  • Full CA support and systems in place so you can focus on excellent clinical care
  • Weekly mentorship sessions — to practice technique, communication, and discuss challenging cases
  • Access to TRP systems and modules, with the potential for external mentorship with a TRP coach
  • A confident manual adjuster is preferred, and a willingness to learn Syntropy adjusting techniques is ideal
  • Established internal and external marketing systems already in place
  • You’ll be joining our team of chiropractors — Sam Louie and myself (Tarn)

About you:

You’re a capable, caring chiropractor who enjoys working in a team that values excellence, communication, and continuous growth. You take pride in your adjusting skills, love refining your craft, and appreciate a well-organized environment that allows you to thrive.

If you’re ready to step into a thriving practice with a supportive team and solid systems, we’d love to hear from you.

Start date: 6 January 2026
