Sunstone Chiropractic is seeking a part-time Chiropractic Associate with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. The position begins with an initial 6-month contract and includes a $2,000 retainer to provide income stability while building your patient base.
Evenings and Saturday hours are available to start with, with strong patient demand during these times. (all marketing is done for you!)
Sunstone Chiropractic is a growing, wellness-focused clinic located in Papatoetoe. We provide evidence-informed, patient-centred care with a strong emphasis on spinal health, nervous system function, and long-term results. Our practice blends manual adjusting techniques including Diversified, Activator, drop table, and soft tissue therapy. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care in a supportive, professional, and growth-oriented team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct initial consultations and follow-up appointments
- Perform manual chiropractic adjustments (Diversified, Activator, drop table)
- Provide soft tissue therapy where appropriate
- Develop and manage patient care plans
- Educate patients on posture, lifestyle, and rehabilitation
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and records
- Contribute to a positive and professional team culture
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor of Chiropractic (NZCC graduate preferred)
- Registered with the New Zealand Chiropractic Board
- Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Competent in manual adjusting techniques
- Experience with Diversified, Activator, drop table, and soft tissue techniques
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage bookings independently
