Visionaries, trailblazers and change-makers share their personal journeys, the impact they’ve made and their aspirations for the future.

Heidi is Vice President and Dean of Research at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, founder of Haavik Research, and author of the bestselling book The Reality Check. A chiropractor with a PhD in human neurophysiology, she is one of the world’s most sought-after chiropractic speakers, translating complex science into practical tools that help chiropractors grow their practices and educate their patients.

Yvonne is a sociologist and Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at the University of North Carolina Asheville. Her peer-reviewed research on chiropractic professional identity has taken her before chiropractic audiences worldwide since 2004, offering a distinct, outside-in perspective on the profession’s evolving identity.

Eric graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1996 and owns Purely Chiropractic in Asheville, North Carolina. He made history as the first Diplomate of Philosophical Chiropractic Standards to become a chiropractic college president, leading the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, and has held academic leadership roles at Life University, Parker University, and the Australian College of Chiropractic. A Fellow of the International Chiropractors Association, he is dedicated to elevating the philosophy, science, and art of chiropractic.

Chanelle is Programme Coordinator: Chiropractic Practice at the Australian Chiropractic College, where she leads Australia’s only curriculum grounded in chiropractic philosophy while embracing innovative practice. With a radiology residency, a paediatrics diplomate, two practices, and a decade in academia, her 17 years since graduation have deepened her appreciation of neo-vitalistic principles – in life, and in educating the next generation of chiropractors.

Alice is a chiropractor, researcher, and educator at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. With a background in clinical neuroscience and brain-injury research, her work focuses on science communication and how science and philosophy together shape chiropractic understanding and practice.

Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, Ross brings over 30 years of clinical experience, leadership, and vision to a profession he sees as truly coming of age. He co-owns a family wellness practice with his wife Rebecca, and his work in elite performance has supported teams including the South African Springboks and Scotland Rugby. Ross is Founder and Principal of the Scotland College of Chiropractic, President of the Scottish Chiropractic Association, and co-founder of The Edinburgh Lectures.

Brian is a 2005 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Sherman College of Chiropractic, where he received the Service Distinction Award, the B.J. Palmer Philosophy Award, and the Milton W. Garfunkel Award. His work centres on integrating chiropractic philosophy into everyday practice, helping students and chiropractors move beyond information toward true understanding. A Diplomate of the Academy of Chiropractic Philosophers, he serves as Treasurer on the Board of the International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations.

Neil spent more than 28 years building a thriving family practice in South Florida alongside his wife Randi, grounded in chiropractic principle, perseverance, and faith. In 2014 he joined Sherman College of Chiropractic as Executive Vice President, a role he held until 2023, becoming an influential voice for chiropractic across the United States and internationally. He now leads ABOVE DOWN Success Coaching, guiding chiropractors toward their true purpose and passion.
