About the role:
The chiropractor will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in alignment with Corbo Chiropractic’s established clinical systems and protocols. This includes conducting initial examinations, providing clear and thorough reports of findings, and delivering effective chiropractic adjustments consistent with clinic standards.
Corbo Chiropractic operates as a subluxation-based, high-volume practice, with the capacity to see up to 12 patients per hour. The chiropractor must be proficient in educating patients on their findings and recommended treatment plans, ensuring clarity, confidence, and continuity of care.
The ideal candidate is an intuitive and precise adjuster who is confident in their skills, works efficiently, and values consistency of care. A strong willingness to learn, grow, and integrate new techniques within a collaborative, team-based environment is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver Patient Care: Provide safe, effective, and consistent chiropractic adjustments in accordance with Corbo Chiropractic’s subluxation-based care model and clinical protocols.
- Conduct Exams & Reports of Findings: Perform initial examinations, reassessments, and report of findings appointments following established clinic systems.
- Patient Education & Care Planning: Clearly educate patients on their spinal health, nervous system function, and recommended treatment plans to support compliance and long-term results.
- Efficient Patient Flow Management: Maintain accuracy and quality of care while managing a high-volume schedule, with the ability to see up to 12 patients per hour.
- Clinical Documentation: Complete timely, accurate, and compliant charting in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.
- Professional Growth & Technique Development: Demonstrate openness to learning and integrating new chiropractic techniques, systems, and clinic protocols.
- Team Collaboration & Clinic Culture: Work collaboratively with chiropractors, massage therapists, and administrative staff to ensure a positive patient experience and uphold Corbo Chiropractic’s values and culture.
Required skills and experience:
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong adjusting skills with an emphasis on precision, consistency, and efficiency
- Experience or comfort working in a subluxation-based, high-volume practice environment
- Ability to manage patient flow effectively, including seeing up to 12 patients per hour
- Proficient in patient education, including explaining findings, treatment plans, and care recommendations clearly and confidently
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail during exams, adjustments, and documentation
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and integrate new techniques and clinic protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, team members, and clinic leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary, team-based clinic setting
