The College congratulates Dr McMaster on this additional appointment.
The Rubicon Group, of which the New Zealand College of Chiropractic is a founding member, is a consortium of chiropractic education institutions that was formed to support universal access to chiropractic care for the improved performance and enrichment of life potential, greater health and wellbeing. Member institutions commit to the highest standards of educational excellence and clinical mastery.
At their most recent meeting, the Rubicon Board unanimously voted Dr McMaster as their incoming president – a rotating role previously held by Dr Guy Riekeman, Life University.
Dr McMaster was the Chairman of the New Zealand Chiropractic Education Trust Board for ten years before becoming President of the College in 2013. He was one of the pioneers that recognised the need to have a chiropractic college in New Zealand. He works globally to promote quality chiropractic education and participates on many boards and committees.
